House Bluenose is unique on the island because of its location directly on the ocean and its high standard of living. There is a difference between being on a lake or the ocean and just having „ocean views.“ Compare carefully! We posted the pictures and guest pictures on this website for this purpose. House Bluenose is a frame construction built in 2000. It is furnished to suit European tastes and features, for example, 220 Volt transformators, in addition to the usual 110 Volts. Except for TV, you’ll find everything you need. The high-end kitchen like all closets and floors, typically for Canada, is solid wood and leaves nothing to be desired.
A large porch (2.5m by 30m, safe for toddlers) wraps around the house on three sides and allows outdoor living surrounded by maples, birches, and firs in the warmer months. From here, you can enjoy the mild breezes of the Atlantic and the romantic views of island life . . . .
